One of the things we did yesterday was go to Anna Ruby Falls in Helen. To see the falls you have to climb a kind of steep mountain path about a half a mile. I could only make it a little over half way and my legs and hips gave out and I just couldn't go any farther. After the big rain and winds yesterday, we woke up to a sun filled morning, temperature 42 degrees. Burrrr...

Since I am limited to only pictures taken with iPad that I can post here, I went in the back yard again and took pictures of my favorite tree out there, the gorgeous oak that has turned bright red now. Here's a diptych.....

It's been raining here a good part of the day so far. I've taken lots of pictures, but they are all on my camera, so no way to post them until I get home. Except I did take another during the rain a little bit ago from the back door.
